This policy is being finalized with counsel. Until it’s published, here’s the short version:
We collect the information you give us and the compliance data you authorize us to read (CASPER/iQIES reports, CMS-2567 forms, staff certification records, your policies). We use it only to provide the Wardwell service to you. We don’t sell it, share it with other facilities, share it with CMS or your state survey agency, or use it to train public AI models.
