What happens after you submit

Six milestones over thirty days.

  1. Step 01Day 1–2

    Setup call.

    Fifteen minutes. We connect your CASPER/iQIES (or take a CMS-2567 upload if iQIES access takes a few days), load your staff roster via CSV bulk import, and pull public CMS Care Compare data on your facility. Ingestion starts the same day.

  2. Step 02Day 7

    Baseline report.

    Your facility's deficiency history, open Plan of Correction exposure, credentials expiring in the next 90 days, documentation gaps a surveyor would cite. The picture the state would have on day one.

  3. Step 03Day 14

    Mid-pilot check-in.

    We walk through Plan of Correction drafts for anything open, answer questions, wire in whatever we missed. Administrator and DON in the room together if you can.

  4. Step 04Day 21

    DON check-in.

    Second call. Clinical workflow, documentation gap review, staff certification coverage. If the Director of Nursing hasn't seen Wardwell yet, this is when they do.

  5. Step 05Day 28

    Decision call.
